Group Visit Request Form

If you are a high school counselor or teacher, community leader, youth pastor, or someone involved with groups of high school students, we would love to arrange a group visit for you and your students.

Please review the following expectations set for group visits before proceeding to the sign-up form.

Expectations:

• Students attending should be current high school students
• Freshmen and Sophomore group visits will include an Admissions Presentation and a Campus Tour only. Junior and Senior group visits are offered additional visit components.
• There should be at least one (1) chaperone for every 10–12 students attending
• Chaperones should be present for the entirety of the visit
• Chaperones are responsible for supervising students, as well as enforcing respectful behavior while on Calvin's campus

Once the form has been submitted, we will reach out (using the email address provided) within three (3) business days. Please note that in order to successfully plan a group visit, this form should be submitted at least five (5) business days prior to your preferred visit date. We look forward to working with you!
