Group Visit Requests

If you are a high school counselor or teacher, community leader, youth pastor, or someone involved with groups of high school students, we would love to arrange a group visit for you and your students.

Please review the following expectations set for group visits before proceeding to the sign-up form.

Expectations

Group Visits are available on weekdays Monday–Friday between the hours of 9 a.m.–3 p.m.
Students attending must be prospective students. The maximum number of students is 45.
Freshmen and sophomore group visits will include an Admissions Presentation and a Campus Tour only.
Junior and senior group visits are offered additional visit components.
There must be at least one (1) chaperone for every 10–12 students attending.
Chaperones must be present for the entirety of the visit and are responsible for supervising students, as well as enforcing respectful behavior while on Calvin's campus.
The primary contact must sign a Group Visit Expectations form.

Please note: In order to successfully plan a group visit, this form should be submitted at least five (5) business days prior to your preferred visit date.

Once this request form has been submitted, we will send an email to the email address provided within three (3) business days.
